Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Civil Engineer

with expertise in

swimming pool design, construction, and maintenance

. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, structural design, execution, and quality control of swimming pool projects, ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning:

Develop swimming pool layouts, structural designs, and technical drawings.

Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for pool installations.

Select appropriate materials, waterproofing techniques, and filtration systems.

Construction & Execution:

Supervise the construction of pools, ensuring adherence to design specifications.

Monitor excavation, reinforcement, concrete works, and waterproofing.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for timely project completion.

Maintenance & Inspection:

Oversee periodic maintenance and repairs of pools, filtration systems, and drainage.

Diagnose structural issues like leaks, cracks, and tiling problems.

Ensure proper water treatment, circulation, and chemical balance.

Project Management:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.

Ensure procurement of materials and equipment.

Maintain project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience:

3+ years in swimming pool construction, structural design, or water-related infrastructure.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, waterproofing, and filtration systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and MS Project is a plus.

Understanding of plumbing, MEP works, and pool maintenance procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Swimming Pool: 2 years (Preferred)
