Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team for a major building construction project. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a critical role in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring safety, compliance with building codes, and timely completion. You will be responsible for overseeing project teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring high-quality engineering practices are followed throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities:
Plan and design building construction projects, including structural, civil, and environmental aspects. Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and plans. Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess the feasibility and safety of construction projects. Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project timelines. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and schedules. Provide technical advice and support to team members and clients. Troubleshoot any engineering issues that arise during construction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 2 years of experience in building construction Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards. Proficiency with engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
