Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Engineer to oversee site operations and ensure smooth execution of construction activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site In-Charge, with a strong background in managing sub-contractors, handling site-level issues, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Civil Engineer with G+1, G+4 Dubai Municipality approval preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Site In-Charge, supervising day-to-day site activities. Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure work quality and progress. Interpret and work with AutoCAD drawings, 3D designs, and elevation plans. Conduct quantity estimation, prepare BOQs, and support billing processes. Implement Quality Control (QC) procedures to maintain construction standards. Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and budget constraints. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports. Liaise with architects, consultants, and senior management for project updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in site management. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D drawings and elevation is a plus. Experience in estimation and costing. Exposure to quality control processes and documentation. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with construction software/tools. Familiarity with local building codes and standards.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
