Civil Engineer-INFRASTRUCTURE

UNDERGROUND UTILITIES TELECOM-SECURITY-IRRIGATION

Qualified Civil Engineer (Infrastructure Work (Telecom & Underground utilities) On Site-coordination for multiple underground utilities, Telecom and Security network, irrigation Network. Planning and coordination for day-to-day site activities Monitor the site progress labor utilization & take sign from Team Leader (TL). Managing of manpower and machinery utilization Preparation, Coordination, Follows up & Completion of As built drawing like Telecom & Security & Irrigation network related works ( Trail trench, Ducts & Conduit laying, Main hole/Chamber Casting, back filling & compacting works, surface leveling and final finish works) Preparing Billing Target for Next Month. Project Engineering works/ Material submission/Shop drawing coordination with Auto Cad/ Project development list/site organization/Scope Statement / Method Statement/Document review and Record keeping in coordination with document controller. Coordination with supplier & Sub contractor. Coordination with client. Civil and other contractor. Checking Material Submittals Submitted by Suppliers. Managing the store/material inventory. Raising WIR certification of work done Raising RFI's if required Review of received tender/IFC drawings from client Review the received project specification and prepare the BOQ. Finish the works according to shop drawings and surveyor reports. Before proceeding the executing Checking the surface level and required level of trench including required number of ductus. Before start back filling works final check for all requirement to be meet as per the standards. During the execution of works , must comply the UAE standard to be followed and work shall be done accordingly. Control the site safety according to client/consultant/project safety rules. Timely completion of job activities as per schedule planned by planning dept. for every month to achieve the set targets. Timely preparation and submission of monthly progress invoices (of certified quantities) to client / contractor. Assisting the PM to Obtaining payment certificates on time for the progress invoice submitted against each project / Job. Documentation and proper filing of all project related documents (Invoices / Payment certificates / Variation work approvals / contract documents etc.). Timely co-ordination with procurement/follow up of material required at site to avoid unnecessary delays and fines. Co-ordinate with Site Team, Stores, Vehicle Dept., Accounts Dept., supplier and sub-contractor. Material Auditing & Manpower Auditing Giving Weekly brief of status of Project to Management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer. Must be inside the UAE and available for immediate joining. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and documentation approvals. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
