Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Civil Engineer
who isapproved by the Dubai Municipality
and has a strong understanding of obtaining approvals from both theDubai Municipality
and theDubai Development Authority (DDA)
. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of4 years of relevant experience
and must be capable of managing engineering documentation, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring timely site visits. This role offers flexibility to work from home.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the approval process with
Dubai Municipality
andDDA
Prepare and submit engineering drawings, documents, and applications for authority approvals Attend project sites to monitor progress, perform inspections, and resolve engineering issuesRequirements:
Dubai Municipality Approval
(mandatory) Proven experience in handling approvals fromDDA
andDubai Municipality
Minimum4 years of experience
in civil engineering, preferably within the UAE Ability to work independently and remotely when requiredBenefits:
