We are seeking a highly skilled
Civil Engineer
with proven experience inswimming pool construction and landscaping works
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring project delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage civil works related to swimming pools, water features, hardscaping, and landscaping. Prepare and review structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project plans and local regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Conduct quality control and safety checks on-site. Prepare daily/weekly reports and update project timelines. Handle site issues, design modifications, and propose technical solutions when necessary. Ensure timely procurement of required materials and equipment.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and environmental regulations. Excellent site supervision, organizational, and communication skills. UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred. Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
