Job Description
A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university or college.
. Dubai Municipality Approval G+1
. Can join immediately ( Cancellation Visa )
Must be in UAE With Driving License ( Have Car Preferable )
3-4 years of experience as a site engineer, civil engineer in Dubai.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.
Expert Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD and other software.& Dubai Municipality System .
Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.
.Good Experience in Structure works and Finishing Works
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
.Very Good Experience in Estimating Quantities and make Quotations & pricing as a Market price
Competent in assessing, interpreting and presenting survey reports and other critical data for stakeholders and shareholders.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong character .
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.
Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
