Key Responsibilities

Provide technical assurance of civil designs through appropriate application of international, national, and CLIENT technical standards and specifications. Ensure schedule and cost considerations are included in design decisions while maintaining responsibility for safe and quality designs. Align civil engineering activities with the Project Delivery Roadmap and Opportunity Realization Process. Ensure compliance with HSSE practices and procedures. Act as lead civil focal point for deliverables: engineering studies, RFC packages, commissioning procedures, ITPs, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, etc. Develop strategies/conceptual designs in early project phases. Drive technical assurance and ensure project standards and specs are followed. Participate in engineering reviews and witness Factory Acceptance Tests. Support construction quality and commissioning of civil equipment. Ensure compliance with latest CLIENT and industry standards. Audit construction field activities and assist in resolving non-conformance issues. Support innovative technical approaches and continuous improvement. Provide engineering support across minor to large-scale projects. Accountable for process engineering deliverables and planning. Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to keep projects on track. Drive efficiency in design through elimination, simplification, standardization, and automation. Mastery of international and IOGP standards, including JIP33.

Qualifications & Experience

BSc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience in oil and gas-related civil/structural design and engineering. Experience across a wide spectrum of civil engineering (concrete, steel, geotechnical, drainage, site prep, buildings). Design and specification of structures. Minimum 5 years in oil and gas project delivery as a lead civil equipment engineer. Must have FEED & Detailed Engineering Experience
