Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a

Female Civil or MEP Engineer

with proven experience in contracting companies within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, site supervision experience, and a keen understanding of procurement and construction processes. This is a full-time, on-site role with immediate availability preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality standards. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and send inquiries for materials and subcontracted services. Support procurement activities, leveraging solid market knowledge. Prepare and manage work orders in alignment with project timelines. Assist in daily supervision of construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications. Coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and execution. Collaborate with planning teams to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.

Requirements

Gender:

Female (due to project-specific requirements)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years working in a contracting company within the UAE Strong knowledge of construction site operations and procurement processes Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
