Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Civil Engineer

with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in

swimming pool and landscape projects

. The ideal candidate will have a valid UAE driving license and be skilled in project planning, site supervision, and construction execution. If you're passionate about outdoor design and want to contribute to high-quality, sustainable projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the construction of swimming pool and landscape projects. Prepare engineering designs, technical drawings, estimates, and reports. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project plans. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues during the construction phase. Use engineering software such as AutoCAD and project management tools for planning and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3-4 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in swimming pool and landscaping projects. Valid UAE driving license (required). Proficient in AutoCAD and project management software. Strong knowledge of waterproofing, drainage systems, and landscape construction. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in sustainable landscaping practices. Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and permitting processes.
