Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning
: Develop detailed plans and blueprints for infrastructure projects using CAD software.Site Investigations
: Conduct on-site assessments to gather data and evaluate project feasibility.Risk Assessment
: Analyze potential risks, materials, and costs to ensure project viability.Project Management
: Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Compliance & Regulations
: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.Collaboration
: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities.Reporting
: Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and regulatory bodies.Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Experience
: Minimum of 5 years of gulf experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.Technical Skills
: Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.Project Management
: Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per year
