Basic Duties:
Manage the planning, design, and execution of new projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Focus on ensuring the ongoing functionality and reliability of existing structures and equipment through inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with plans and regulations. Implementing quality control measures to ensure projects meet standards. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies. Planning and carrying out routine maintenance tasks. Responding to and addressing emergencies or unexpected issues. Implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities. Supervising contractors who may be involved in maintenance or repair work.
Skills Required :
Strong project management skill. Problem-solving, and good communication skills, Good Team player. AutoCAD is essential. Driving license is must. Knowledge in SAP is added advantage. Able to handle multi lingual team with (English, Hindi, Arabic). Minimum 2-3 UAE experience Required.
