Study the drawings, designs, reports, maps, blueprints, aerial photography and geologic data to plan projects using design software and drawing tools
Direct and guide construction operations and other maintenance activities at project site as per construction and government standards
Timely inspection of project sites to determine the progress and ensure that it is in accordance with design specifications
Estimates the quantities and the cost of materials, equipment and/or labor needed to determine project feasibility;
Prepares or presents reports such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, and property and right of way descriptions;
Think both creatively and logically to resolve project related issues by providing technical advice regarding design modifications and structural repairs to ensure that a project runs smoothly and it is completed on time and within budget;
Correct any project risk or deficiencies that affect the quality and safety requirements before finalizing, evaluating and providing project reviews.
Performs other related duties as may be required by the immediate supervisor.
