Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience in civil or structural engineering
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
Strong understanding of construction regulations and safety standards
Experience in project management and cost estimation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
