Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc or B-Tech) or equivalent.Experience:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in planning, designing, and constructing landscape, infrastructure, or building projects.Technical Skills:
Expertise in planning and executing construction projects. Proficient in preparing schedules for material and equipment purchases and delivery. Ability to resolve design and development problems effectively.Knowledge Requirements:
In-depth understanding of technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations. Familiarity with project compliance with legal and client specifications.Interpersonal and Management Skills:
Strong project management and resource allocation abilities. Experience in managing teams of supervisors and foremen. Capability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other construction professionals.Additional Competencies:
Skilled in MEP inspections with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors. Proven ability to deliver projects within budget and on time.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
