Requisite Qualifications
Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering with good background experience in maintenance activities.
Experience Requirement
Graduate with 5-7 Years of Experience
At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience in FM dept. (Real Estate /Community management field/Facilities management industry).
Skill Sets
Good knowledge about material cost, ability to prepare quotation and estimation
Customer service skills. Ability to interact with technical and non-technical personnel and possess good communication skills
Computer literate and familiar with other FM System software
Ability to work quickly and under pressure
Good practical and technical skills and can work as part of team
Hold a valid UAE driving license
