Job Description
CIVIL ENGINEER required urgently for a reputed Property & Development Company in DubaiRequirements:
- B tech in civil engineering
- Min. 5 to 7 years\' experience in civil engineering, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices, excellent project management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Project Planning, Design and Drafting, cost estimation ,permitting & compliance, site inspection, contract management, quality control, risk management, client interaction & documentation.
- Good communication skills.
