- Design and oversee the construction of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.
- Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility and gather necessary data.
- Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule constraints.
- Review and approve project plans, reports, and documents for accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.
- Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.
- Perform engineering calculations, cost estimates, and feasibility studies to support project planning and decision-making.
- Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during project execution, proposing innovative solutions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in civil engineering.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in design and construction management roles.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Revit.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
