- Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil engineering
- Min. 5 years experience in Real estate/Facilities Management background.
- Knowledge about Project planning, Design & Drafting, Budget and cost estimation, Permitting & compliance,
- Site inspection, Contract Management, Quality control and Risk management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
