Job Description
We are looking for a professional and well-organized site engineer with extensive experience and strong leadership skills. The site engineer\'s responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects. Site Engineer Responsibilities:
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Responsible for all construction civil activities and all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work & plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling and marble works, flooring and landscaping.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
- To check the quality of all the materials received on-site and prepare quality reports, defects if any.
- To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to.
- Carry out the specified inspection/test in accordance with relevant inspection/test plans, including the works of the subcontractors.
- Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved method statements.
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
- Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
