Job Summary: Looking for a Civil Engineer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Serve as the main technical adviser at the site for sub-contractors
- Monitor and interpret the contract design documents
- Make sure all materials used and work conducted is as per the specifications
- Coordinate with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors as well as the general workforce involved in the project
- Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
- Supervise the selection and requisition of materials
- Examine plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Supervise quality control, health as well as safety matters on site
- Settle any unexpected technical difficulties that may arise
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least one to two years of experience as a civil engineer
- Must be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good planning and budgeting skills
- Familiarity with design tools for example AutoCAD
- Good leadership and project management skills
