The Role
Al Mawarid General Contracting Co. is the flagship company of Al Mawarid Group of Companies. It was established in the year 1995 in the Emirate of Sharjah to serve the construction needs of commercial and residential facilities in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.). One of the major contracting companies in U.A.E. and has performed a remarkable role in the growth of the U.A.E. by establishing of high quality, innovative, substantial building and civil engineering projects. For more than one decade, we have been established our proficiency and competence to satisfy a difficult and challenging construction need in the area.
- Completes construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents and confirming specifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creates feasibility study by checking engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules. \xe2\x80\xa2 Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations and placements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding operators. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising management on needed actions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains project database by writing computer programs, entering data, and completing backups. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Experience : More than 6 years in Dubai as Civil Engineer \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferred Arab Nationality expect Egyptians \xe2\x80\xa2 Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering \xe2\x80\xa2 Certification required : Dubai Municipality Approved & Society of Engineers \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates should be currently available in UAE
