The Role
: \xe2\x80\xa2 Design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge about all kinds of maintenance work and construction \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess potential risks, materials and costs \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle over the resulting structures and services for use \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor progress and compile reports in project status \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Team Leader and can work under pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and prepare daily report to MD Interested candidates, please share detailed resume on Whatsapp - 0552215792 ( or share CV to: info at unibuild dot ae ) All applications will be treated as strictly confidential, only short-listed candidates will be notified.

Requirements
Requirements and skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 G+4 Certificate is required \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience Certificate \xe2\x80\xa2 Dubai Municipality Certificate (Baladiya Certificate) \xe2\x80\xa2 Attested Degree in UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Project management and supervision skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication and interpersonal skills Age must be from 28 to 45
