Job Description
Description: We are looking for an innovative Civil Engineer to design, develop and construct a huge range of projects of the physically and naturally built environment from conception through to completion. - Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Controls and supervises through all phases of development to construction completion and project close-out.
- Conduct quantity calculations and find ways to optimize site work and materials.
- Tender management including preparation of bills of quantities, contract conditions and assembly of tender documents.
- Materials procurement making sure that materials are as per specifications, alternatively seeks material approval from client/consultant/main contractor.
- Liaise with stores to always arrange and make sure about the availability of all required materials.
- Compile contract documents and prepare specifications.
- Reviews and interprets design drawings and specifications to ensure current revision level and correct technical execution of the work.
- Coordinate with planning, permission and building regulations and designing out risks.
- Plan or design activities to achieve client requirements while meeting budget and timelines.
- Review project documents as required (drawings, materials, technical submittals) to ensure they comply with the original design intent.
- Plan, organize and supervise work of juniors and technicians providing the required technical support and problem solutions.
- Supervise, manage, and control the subcontractor\'s staff engaged in both projects and maintenance delivery.
- Supervise, monitor, and control any ongoing work variation or changes.
- Produce periodic progress reports.
- Ensure that all the work that is done by the company\'s contractors is compliant with the legal HSE guidelines and according to the issued work permit and risk assessments.
- Ensure safe construction practices, movement of tools, equipment, and material trying to eliminate any hazards associated with the work that may affect the safety and health of the any labor.
- Proven working experience as Civil engineer in UAE.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
- Project management and supervision skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- License of professional engineer
- BS/MA in Civil Engineering
- MALE Candidates ONLY.
- Fluent in English and Hindi both.. (Arabic is plus point)
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering Attested.
- 3 years min experience as a Civil Engineer (2 years in Dubai).
- Dubai Municipality Card G+4 or above ONLY.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
