Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all civil works related to building construction and interior fit-out projects. Review project drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with standards. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other disciplines. Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of civil activities. Inspect site work to ensure quality and adherence to safety procedures. Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on project status. Resolve on-site technical issues related to civil works.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil construction and fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and civil engineering practices. Experience working in the GCC is an advantage. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Ready to join immediately or on short notice (preferred).
