Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Civil Engineer

with a strong background in

villa construction projects

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing, supervising, and delivering high-quality residential villa projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of villa construction projects, ensuring work is completed within scope, budget, and schedule Supervise site activities including structural, architectural, and finishing works Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and cost control documents Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and minimize delays Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely project delivery Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage) Minimum

10 years of experience

in

villa construction

(G+1, G+2, or luxury villas preferred) Proven experience in project execution, site management, and quality control Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other engineering software

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines Valid UAE/GCC driving license (if applicable)
