Civil Engineer

Experience:

5-7 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer experienced in FIT OUT projects to join our Company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction project management, structural analysis, and site supervision, with extensive experience in building construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead and manage building construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Site Supervision:

Oversee all on-site construction activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure work adheres to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Structural Design Review:

Review and evaluate structural drawings and designs, ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and engineering principles.

Quality Control:

Implement and monitor quality control standards for materials and construction techniques to maintain project integrity.

Resource Management:

Efficiently manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and local authorities to resolve any project-related issues.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to minimize project delays and ensure safety on site.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation and produce regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Certification:

Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred; PMP or relevant project management certifications are preferred.

Experience:

5-7years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on Fit OUT Projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft office, and preferably Primavera P6) .

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
