We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage multiple civil and fit-out projects simultaneously, oversee site operations, and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent civil engineering and fit-out projects from inception to completion Meet with clients to understand requirements, develop solutions, and provide detailed quotations Lead and mentor a team of foremen and technical staff, providing guidance and support and managing subcontractors Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocations Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance Prepare and review technical designs, drawings, and specifications Coordinate with regulatory authorities for necessary permits and approvals Manage project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle Identify and mitigate potential risks and implement corrective actions Generate regular progress reports for management and clients Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and HSE regulations
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) 4+ years of experience in civil engineering and construction project management Professional Engineer certification with valid Qatar registration Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in Qatar Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations Experience with fit-out projects and interior finishing works Excellent client management and business development skills Qatari Driving license is highly preferred Strong leadership abilities and experience managing technical teams Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD Fluency in English, Hindi and Malayalam is preferred (Arabic is a plus)
