Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
MME (UPDA) certified

Experience:

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience At least 7 years in Facilities Management (FM) within the Gulf region
Minimum 3 years managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects

Language:

Proficient in written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise civil technicians, ensuring timely execution of maintenance tasks Liaise with the QM's Representative to align on project scope and priorities Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations across worksites Plan and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance activities Maintain and manage records, technical documentation, and asset inventory Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions Update and maintain as-built documentation for all structural changes * Prepare monthly look-ahead maintenance programs and annual spare parts budgets
