Qualification:
B.Tech Civil:
Site Planning & Development:
Assist in plot layout planning, site surveys, and soil investigations. Coordinate with architects for effective villa placement, access roads, and landscaping.
Structural Design:
Work with structural engineers to develop safe and cost-effective villa structures. Ensure foundation, beams, slabs, and columns are designed per local codes and standards.
Project Management:
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and material estimates. Oversee daily construction activities and ensure milestones are met.
Construction Supervision:
Supervise excavation, formwork, concrete works, masonry, roofing, etc. Ensure quality control, site safety, and adherence to specifications.
Coordination:
Collaborate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers, landscape designers, and interior designers. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that the project adheres to building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations. Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Client Interaction:
Regularly update clients or developers on project progress. Incorporate client feedback or changes into the design/construction as needed.
