Structural Design:

Project Management:
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and material estimates.
Oversee daily construction activities and ensure milestones are met.
Construction Supervision:
Supervise excavation, formwork, concrete works, masonry, roofing, etc.
Ensure quality control, site safety, and adherence to specifications.
Coordination:
Collaborate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers, landscape designers, and interior designers.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that the project adheres to building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Client Interaction:
Regularly update clients or developers on project progress.
