Job Post : Civil Engineer (Dubai Municipality Approved)
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for G+1 projects.
Submit project drawings and documents to Dubai Municipality for approvals, and follow up with authorities.
Ensure all designs comply with DM codes, local regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to implement project plans.
Monitor construction on site to ensure adherence to approved plans, quality standards, timelines.
Conduct site inspections, supervise progress, maintain documentation.
Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, technical reports.
Maintain records of approvals, permits, compliance certificates.
Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering-related issues.
Ensure timely completion certificates and coordination with authorities
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in G+1 building projects and approvals from Dubai Municipality (DM)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, project management tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
