Key Responsibilities
Review technical requests submitted by customers and provide initial engineering feedback
Coordinate with infrastructure and planning teams to finalize responses and approvals
Prepare NOCs and formal responses in compliance with internal guidelines
Manage request lifecycle in Yardi, ensuring accurate opening, updating, and closing
Conduct technical meetings with customers to clarify requirements and provide guidance
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, authority requirements, and company procedures
Support internal teams with technical clarification when needed
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
3-5 years of relevant UAE experience
Strong knowledge of civil engineering processes and authority requirements
Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferably Arabic-speaking for customer interaction clarity
Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
