Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is currently seeking a

Civil Engineer - Client Representative

to oversee and follow up on ongoing real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will act as the client's technical point of contact, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with project specifications. You will be responsible for coordinating between the

consultant

,

contractor

, and internal stakeholders throughout the construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the company in site meetings with consultants, contractors, and local authorities. Monitor and follow up on the progress of construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. Review and report on project schedules, technical drawings, and material submittals. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Coordinate approvals, permits, and site inspections as required. Raise and follow up on technical queries and non-conformities. Maintain regular site visits and prepare progress reports for senior management. Resolve issues on-site in collaboration with the consultant and contractor.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum

5 years

of experience in construction project supervision in the UAE, preferably on behalf of a client or developer. Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and UAE building regulations. Excellent communication and reporting skills in both English and Arabic. UAE driving license is a must. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues efficiently.
