Prepare and manage architectural and structural designs for various construction projects
Review consultant drawings to identify design errors or technical discrepancies
Conduct client meetings (online or on-site) to clarify or explain structural comments
Perform feasibility studies and site assessments
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution
Monitor project progress, timelines, and documentation
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and local authority regulations
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Assist with risk assessment and project planning as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
2-4 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in consultancy and project management
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
Deep knowledge of construction practices and UAE regulations
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
