Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering projects, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Civil Engineer at Pioneer Engineering Consultancy, you will be involved in a variety of projects, from infrastructure development to residential and commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and safety standards. Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for project planning. Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and documentation. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to ensure project success. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management. Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
