Quantity Take-offs and Cost Estimation:
Accurately analyze architectural and engineering drawings to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive cost estimates for civil and fitout works.Tender and Bid Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, pricing documents, and BOQs by evaluating material, labor, and equipment costs in line with project specifications and client requirements.Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination:
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, evaluate pricing, and ensure competitive rates are incorporated into cost estimations and tender submissions.Value Engineering & Cost Control:
Support the project team by identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or client expectations, and assist in monitoring project costs against budget during execution.Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain organized records of estimates, tender documents, vendor quotations, and cost comparisons, and generate reports for management review and decision-making.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
