Job Description

A Civil Engineer in the Fitout industry plays a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently and according to design specifications. As a mid-level position based on-site in Dubai, this full-time job requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and relevant experience in fitout projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee fitout construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Review and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications. Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for fitout projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fitout construction projects. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Additional Requirements:

Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required. Certifications in project management or construction management are a plus.
