Duties/Responsibilities

Assist to plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of projects, including design, procurement, construction, and handover Assist in project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to deliver within time and cost constraints Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards Prepare detailed project reports and documentation Ensure procurement of materials aligns with project specifications and timelines

Requirements and skills

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering At least 2-3 years work experience in renovation and interior fit-out works Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines In-depth knowledge of the Building construction industry and site activities Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English is a must.
