Job Description

Assuming roles and responsibilities related to Civil, Electrical and MEP for Yas hospital projects. Technical coordination with Architects & Structural Consultants/ Contractors/Suppliers/Vendors and other stake holders. Study the drawings, Vetting the BOQ and specifications as provided by the Architect/Consultant. Responsible for Project Planning and scheduling daily activities, monitoring and execution of engineering projects. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Analyzing commercial feasibility of various construction practices. Maintaining standard operating procedures and document control of the entire project. Evaluating / Assessment of material requirements at site and prepare indent for the same. Implementation of project control techniques for schedule and budget monitoring. Preparation of business proposals and quotation for projects outside. Preparing tenders/bid documents and evaluating / making analysis in concurrence with the client. Make sure all the drawings are prepared according to rules set by the ministry and get the necessary approvals. Responsible for maintenance/renovation/reconstruction, upgrading activities and facilities, i.e. hospital, pharmacy, clinics, offices, and other sites as may be needed. Reporting on the update of all activities to the higher management as and when needed. Any other duties and responsibilities as may be needed and advised by the management. Regularly visit Government & Private companies offices to bring business. Adopt latest techniques to cut the cost.
