Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated

Civil Engineer / Quality Engineer

to join our production facility specializing in kerbstones, concrete pavers, and precast concrete products. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in civil engineering, quality control, or a related field. The successful candidate will assist in verifying raw materials, inspecting finished goods, and supporting quality assurance activities to ensure products meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to confirm quality, dimensions, and surface finish. Support production monitoring to ensure compliance with company quality standards. Maintain inspection records and prepare reports for senior staff. Assist with audits and process checks to identify improvement opportunities. Verify raw material quality in collaboration with suppliers. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of finished products. Follow safety procedures and report any quality issues. Work closely with the Quality Manager and Production Team to maintain consistent product standards.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering (Required).

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in civil engineering or quality control (fresh graduates welcome). Previous exposure to concrete, precast, or construction materials is an advantage.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of engineering principles and quality control methods. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work under supervision and in a team setting.
