Key Responsibilities:

Civil Engineering Expertise

: Mandatory UAE Experience of 5 to 10 years is required.

Requires mandatory experience in

estimation or quotation preparation

.

Maintenance & Construction industry experience:

Proven experience with maintenance & Construction industry operations in UAE.

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including work allocation and scheduling.

Site Supervision:

Oversee all aspects of civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Perform

Structural analysis and design

for a variety of projects. Prepare detailed

structural drawings, specifications, and reports

Communication Skills:

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Key Requirements:

Mandatory UAE experience

in Civil Engineering. Proven experience working with

maintenance company operations in the UAE

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD 2D & 3D

.

BE Civil Engineering degree

with registration in UAE Municipalities is essential.

Indiaaaa nationality

is required for this role. Must be

ready to work in Al Ain, UAE

.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Range:

AED 7,000/- to 10,000/- per month
