Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a
Female Civil or MEP Engineer
with a minimum of 3 years' experience in theUAE contracting sector
. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site experience, and a good grasp of procurement processes. This is a full-time role with immediate availability preferred.Key Responsibilities:
Perform
site visits
to monitor progress and ensure work meets specifications. PrepareBills of Quantities (BOQ)
and send outinquiries
for materials and subcontracted services. Support theprocurement process
by sourcing and evaluating suppliers. Assist in drafting and processingwork orders
and project plans. Helpsupervise daily site activities
and coordinate with on-site teams. Monitor project timelines and report any delays or issues. Maintain proper documentation of project activities.Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
.Female candidates only
(due to project-specific requirements).3-5+ years of experience
working in acontracting company in the UAE
. Strong understanding of site supervision, BOQ preparation, and procurement. Familiarity with local suppliers and construction regulations in the UAE. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.Benefits:
