Supervises the civil work of university facilities* Does project planning of new civil work for the university * Designs the structure elements of University civil work * Prepares civil work tender documents * Reviews the civil work documents from consultant offices for university projects * Prepares orders for civil work supplies and materials * Supervises the work of contractor during the project life cycle * Reviews and approves the monthly vendor payments of university construction projects * Reviews the plans for Air Conditioning, drainage, and water supply for projects * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor Civil Engineering

- Experience in Civil projects * Project management skills * Vendor management skills * Communication skills * Proficiency in computers* Baccalaureate degree in Civil Engineering * 6 - 10 years relevant experience
