Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at site. Ensure work is carried out as per
approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements
. Monitor project progress and prepare site reports, schedules, and documentation. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and measurements. Ensure compliance withhealth, safety, and environmental regulations
. Verify material quality, quantities, and proper usage on site. Assist in project planning, cost control, and variation management. Support inspections, testing, and final project handover.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
.2-5 years of UAE experience
in construction or real estate projects. Strong knowledge ofconstruction methods, materials, and site execution
. Ability to read and interpretengineering drawings and BOQs
. Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approvals is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Immediate joiners preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
