Job Purpose:

To manage, design, and supervise civil and landscaping projects, ensuring that all construction and horticultural works are executed according to approved designs, technical specifications, and within the set timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and technical studies for construction and landscaping projects. Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with approved plans and standards. Oversee excavation, backfilling, concrete works, and infrastructure activities. Manage landscape works, including planting, irrigation systems, and outdoor structures. Develop and monitor project schedules and progress reports. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Prepare periodic technical reports highlighting project progress and issues. Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all project sites. Contribute to continuous improvement of project execution and team performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 5 years' experience in contracting and construction companies, with proven experience in landscaping and horticultural projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software (Primavera / MS Project). Strong leadership and field supervision skills. Knowledge of local and international construction codes and standards. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
