Key Responsibilities:
Possesses proven experience in supervising the construction of a building located in Ajman, overseeing all site operations and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, progress reports, and project documentation Liaise with government authorities for approvals and permits. Coordinate with project managers, architects, sub-contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in site execution and civil works coordination. Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes and civil regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, structural supervision, and site quality control. Strong communication skills in English. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred). Must have proven experience in supervising construction projects in Ajman.
