Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects are completed according to specifications, timelines, and budget. Ensure all construction / concrete repair activities comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and health and safety standards. Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. Provide technical guidance and resolve any on-site engineering issues that arise. Manage project documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and site inspections. Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience as a Civil Engineer, with a significant portion of that experience gained in Dubai or the UAE. Possession of valid Dubai Municipality approval or wailing to get it. Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering tools. Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines. A valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
