Civil Engineer

Job Purpose:

To plan, design, supervise, and ensure the safe and compliant execution of civil engineering works in line with local authority regulations, especially ADM requirements, project specifications, and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Design

Prepare civil and structural design drawings and calculations. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other consultants. Ensure compliance with ADM codes and design standards.

Site Supervision

Supervise and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and ADM regulations. Monitor progress and quality of works on-site. Conduct inspections and coordinate with ADM inspectors for approvals.

Documentation & Approvals

Prepare and submit shop drawings, method statements, and materials for ADM approval. Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and quality documentation. Attend meetings with ADM and consultants.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure all civil works comply with safety standards and environmental policies. Coordinate with HSE team to enforce site safety measures. Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions.

Project Coordination

Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules. Manage RFIs, NCRs, and project documentation workflows.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
