Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors. Ensure all construction activities comply with project plans, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with project managers to plan and manage project timelines and resources. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Review and interpret engineering designs, plans, and specifications. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies in the construction process. Oversee the installation of structural components and systems. Maintain accurate and detailed site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection reports. Prepare and submit reports on project status, including cost control and scheduling updates. Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are in place and up to date

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
