Job Vacancy: Civil Engineer - Maintenance Company (Al Ain)

We are seeking a skilled

Civil Engineer

to join our maintenance company in

Al Ain-Abu Dhabi

. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing site operations as well as handling account-related tasks.

Key Qualifications

Strong supervisory and safety management skills Proven experience in civil works (maintenance & construction) Contract administration experience Excellent communication, organizational, and technical abilities Proficiency in AutoCAD Familiarity with local authority requirements and MEP works Ability to manage account-related responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

Oversee the full scope of work and supervise subcontractors (MEP & Civil) to ensure project requirements for safety, quality, and schedule are met Monitor and inspect materials to ensure compliance with specifications and proper storage/handling Report on site progress, resource allocation, challenges, and areas of concern Conduct technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations and preparing detailed designs using relevant software Review and verify inspection requests Identify subcontractor non-compliances and prepare necessary NCRs

Required Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (

UAE-attested

) Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
